Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellation via our website will not be possible.

Return Policy

  • Returns and exchanges are only applicable to select products.
  • Eligibility for return and specific conditions are provided on the respective product pages.
  • Unless otherwise stated, the standard return window is 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • The return policy for any product is subject to change without prior notice.
  • If pickup service is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the item to our office address.
  • Return/exchange charges may apply and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Important Notes for Returns

  • Returned items must be unused and unwashed due to hygiene reasons.
  • Products must be returned with the original packaging and tags intact.
    Items without original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Return/exchange requests must be raised within the return window mentioned on the product page.
    Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
